lovely resort stay
attentive staff varied food
breakfasts were great. our room was nice. the pool are fine and relaxing. the staff were very attentive, and they provided thoughtful support. the food in the restaurant had varied delicious options.

loud music insufficient seats
the room was spacious the beach was clean.
the room walls allowed too much noise from guests i could hear everything. pool staff played loud music and refused to turn it down this forced me to stay in my room. there weren't enough seats anywhere else which was disappointing.

excellent size nice arrival good spa amazing experience
The size of the resort are excellent, and arrival was notably nice. I appreciate the food choice for breakfast. The Yhi Spa were good and I highly recommend treatments there. Staff are really good, specifically Nhung Ngo. Nhung deliver the most amazing Guest Experience, and she.

poor soundproofing inattentive staff
The soundproofing was definitely an issue. I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms, especially at night. It made it hard to relax. the staff weren't consistently attentive. Sometimes service was slow, especially during breakfast. It felt a bit understaffed at peak times.

i enjoyed the large room size. the private beach was also very clean. i could relax easily there. the landscaping was lush.
the breakfast was quite standard. the rooms were also very noisy. i could hear sounds from neighboring rooms. this impacted my sleep quality.

The hotel is right on the beach. There are several swimming pools available . The breakfast offers a large selection of dishes and varied choices. The internet worked very well throughout the hotel. I found the staff very friendly and helpful.
