excellent experience
cute staff excellent staff waterfront bar wonderful cruise
The location is wonderful. It was a repeat visit, and i was delighted to be back. the reception staff is cute and helpful, and the housekeeping staff is excellent. i love the new bar and tables on the waterfront though i wish there had been more umbrellas. the sunset cruise was wonderful. I took a lot of photos.
i casually mentioned i was tired and hungry after my overnight international flight, yet no welcome drink or towels were provided at check-in. i noticed later other guests being offered these, which slightly marred my experience.

the hotel features a swimming pool with green tiles, potentially giving the water an unusual appearance. good quality cycles are available, allowing guests to explore the fort area. there is also a bar near the waterfront.

The room has a comfortable bed and a clean, spacious bathroom. the balcony offered excellent views of daily life, ships, sunsets, and dolphins. the room type was a beautiful sea facing suite. It was a wonderful stay.

The hotel has a history restaurant that offers a tasting menu. the breakfast includes croissants baked by the bakery chef. complimentary high tea is also available. I was impressed by the range of options.

The staff is very responsive to every need, providing warm service. jasmine from the front counter made a point to ask about my happiness every morning. the barmen were enthusiastic and efficient. Their service was very valuable.

Acceptable stay, some issues present
helpful staff excellent pool broken ac ferry noise
The staff were helpful and friendly. The service was very good. The pool was excellent. It had views overlooking the busy waterfront.
The AC did not work . The hotel couldn't fix it. My room faced a large ferry pick-up point. The noise from the old engine ferry woke me up every morning.
