the staff were very kind. they were very accommodating to children and took the time to learn their names. the pool was lovely , and the food was excellent.
the air con was fairly inefficient in my room. when turned down to the minimum 16 degrees it was still warm so i asked the front desk to sort it while i was out. it was cooler on my return but still not great. the wi fi doesn't work in the room so i had to endure the heat of the hotel landings to use it.

my experience was fantastic! jude kept great communication, giving advice before i arrived and arranging transport. venita (i hope i spelled that right!) and sukesh. the staff provided the best hospitality i have experienced in many hotels across india (and i traveled for three weeks!).
the heat was quite intense and sticky. the old air conditioning unit in my room was inefficient (it was still warm even at the minimum setting of 16 degrees). breakfast in the inside restaurant was uncomfortable because there was no air conditioning, just ceiling fans.

The staff was helpful. The garden provides a magical enclosure, shielding from the town's bustle. The chef prepared cuisine that was off the menu upon request. I found this very accomodating.
I experienced slight issues with the wi-fi, as it wasn't consistently available in the room.

The hotel lacked a gym. This was disappointing as I like to maintain my workout routine while traveling.
