lovely hotel with great service

peaceful atmosphere professional staff maintained room backwater location

i enjoyed the peaceful heritage atmosphere and the hotel's overall calm feel. the staff members were very warm and professional throughout my visit. rooms were well maintained and comfortable. the location facing the backwaters.

i noticed the gym has limited equipment and one treadmill had a slipping belt. it made me concerned about safety. this is the only slight negative detail that i remember about my stay.

helpful staff buffet options excellent food convenient arrangements

Sachin assisted with all arrangements. Housekeeping staff was available 24/7. The front office staff and housekeeping were very helpful. I found the food to be excellent. I really enjoyed the buffet options.

I experienced a slight delay when requesting plates via room service. It took about 20 minutes to arrive.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Water Metro station and jetty point. Fort Kochi and Ernakulam are easily accessible from these points. The hotel provides access to rejuvenating ayurvedic massage sessions, lasting a little over 1.5 hours.

The staff are very courteous and cute. The hotel offers a multi-cuisine restaurant named Tharavadu. It is good for lunch upon arrival. Fort Cochin seafood restaurant is open for dinner only. I found the experience there to be excellent.

Inconsistent Service and Aging Facilities

The room was spacious enough, and the housekeeping service was acceptable.

The hotel is visibly old. My shower head was broken upon arrival, and it took a day to get it fixed. That was annoying. The breakfast was also repetitive, and the fruit selection felt limited, with watermelon seemingly the only option. It became monotonous. I wouldn't rush back.
