a good coastal retreat
beach proximity friendly staff birthday cake really good comfort
the location is special due to its close proximity to the beach. i found the staff friendly (especially roy). they were very accommodating with a surprise birthday cake we planned. i really appreciated their effort to ensure our comfort at all times.
i noticed some mosquitoes around the outdoor areas, so bringing repellent is a good idea.

the staff responded quickly to requests and provided assistance with luggage and transport arrangements. i observed attentive service during meals, and the front desk handled check-in efficiently. turndown service was performed daily.

the restaurant featured a varied menu with local and international options. breakfast included a selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. the seafood dishes were prepared well, and the service was attentive.

the restaurant had tasty and plentiful authentic food served by attentive waiters. comfy beds were in clean rooms , with helpful housekeeping. the gardens were well tended.

private beach attentive lifeguard live music
the facility features a private beach with attentive lifeguard services. i saw that live music was played near the restaurant each evening, performed by talented artists. my room included modern amenities and was very spacious.
the hotel prices were somewhat high relative to the level of quality offered.

faulty doors cockroach infestation
the staff helped to make my stay comfortable.
The room was not properly maintained. The doors were not locking properly. bathroom door latches did not work, and the tv unit was not functioning. I also saw cockroaches in the bathroom. it was very disappointing

spacious villa tropical gardens breakfast spread
i enjoyed my villa a lot. it was spacious with a verandah near lovely tropical gardens. the closeness to the beach was ideal for sunsets. i appreciated the breakfast spread it was great.
