great location friendly staff fresh options

The hotel has a great location. Just exiting the hotel leads to many major travel and tourist spots. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. i was sure to request a higher floor for a better view. the breakfast buffet had lavish and fresh options, and i found it worth the price.

i noticed a certain smell in the lobby, common in older buildings. also, my request for a soda biscuit in the middle of the night could not be fulfilled, and i had to go out to find one myself. i found this disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

the breakfast offered a rich variety of cuisines, and i noticed the options were always fresh. the japanese restaurant also had a great menu with many choices, and i think it was a really nice touch.

my room had a view facing the busy street and the fahrenheit mall. the hotel staff brought two bottles of water to the room every day, very convenient. the cleanliness of the room was very good and it.

I had a spacious, clean beautiful room. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The gym has 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes. The location is very central. It makes getting around easy.

The breakfast buffet got a bit crowded on the weekend.

i appreciate the convenient location. It is near shopping malls and dining places. Staff like Devi was cute during check-in and her service was satisfactory. The breakfast had many options and the butler was helpful.

the room showed some wear. The side table lamps have electrical tape around the switch. There are no plug points beside the bed. The plug point at writing table has 2 units but only 1 had supply.
