I was disappointed. our breakfast was very limited for a place that calls itself 5 stars. there was no butter at all. the coffee machine didn't work. It seemed broken. the elevators felt too slow and sometimes i waited around 10 minutes each time we wanted to use it.

I felt grateful for the hotel's wonderful amenities. There was a washing machine with a dryer, so I was very happy. The kitchen had pots, pans, silverware, plates, and glasses. I found washing machine powder and bath salts, it was great.

The breakfast was awful, it was disrespectful. We wanted to speak to a manager regarding that issue, but they never came. It should improve .

the room included a washer and dryer which was helpful. there were fine views of the towers from the lounge and bedroom it had glass wall windows.

Check in was slow. It took longer than i previously experienced, though it was holiday season.

I was happy about the room upgrade. It featured a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The Petronas Towers were visible from the lounge, a striking sight. The hotel's proximity to Suria KLCC added convenience .

The rooftop pool was often crowded, with restaurant patrons frequently taking photos.
