the breakfast hash browns were amazing!!! mahendra, the housekeeping staff on the 36th floor, provided excellent service. he was neat, thorough, and friendly and should be recognized for his commitment and excellence.

subpar hairdryer breakfast quality

The room was clean. I can confirm that.

The hairdryer in my room was subpar. It was similar to what i'd expect in a three-star hotel. i had to keep the button pressed constantly for it to function, it was quite annoying. breakfast was a letdown.

a special stay!

really good spa modern feel fabulous staff

I found the staff generally very good. The cafe downstairs even had takeaway. the cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me, i found it modern and well kept. i particularly enjoyed the sky bar and spa. These were really good and nice features of my stay.

i did find that during breakfast, there was quite a queue to get a table. the tables felt close together, and the western food options seemed limited. the experience felt a bit chaotic due to the number of people there, a minor inconvenience.

the gym includes various machines, free weights, and several treadmills, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines. the infinity swimming pool is a great size for both swimming and lounging around. the spa is also excellent, with a range of treatments.

Every staff member is attentive. I found that they provide perfect service. staff members were helpful and kind. i appreciated their support.

the buffet breakfasts and dinners provided a great opportunity to sample a wide range of local and international cuisine. the variety available met my expectations with many offerings. the hotel staff clearly works hard, and i am thankful for their dedication to providing an excellent dining experience.
