I found the staff generally very good. The cafe downstairs even had takeaway. the cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me, i found it modern and well kept. i particularly enjoyed the sky bar and spa. These were really good and nice features of my stay.

i did find that during breakfast, there was quite a queue to get a table. the tables felt close together, and the western food options seemed limited. the experience felt a bit chaotic due to the number of people there, a minor inconvenience.

the gym includes various machines, free weights, and several treadmills, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines. the infinity swimming pool is a great size for both swimming and lounging around. the spa is also excellent, with a range of treatments.

Every staff member is attentive. I found that they provide perfect service. staff members were helpful and kind. i appreciated their support.

the buffet breakfasts and dinners provided a great opportunity to sample a wide range of local and international cuisine. the variety available met my expectations with many offerings. the hotel staff clearly works hard, and i am thankful for their dedication to providing an excellent dining experience.
