The hotel location is a short walk to Bukit Bintang, near the Petronas Towers and Petaling Street. The staff stored one of my suitcases for a week while I traveled around Malaysia (it really helped me!). Rooms were comfortable with a big bathroom. The front desk was helpful with questions.
I thought some of the chairs in the dining area were old.

Breakfast included local and western options. There was a wide variety. I saw foods for all cultures, but bacon, sausage, and eggs are not provided (this is Malaysia!). The breakfast had cereals, fruit, an egg station, pastries, toast, and half-decent coffee.

The room had a comfortable bed and a good shower. Air conditioning worked well. The room was decent and clean, it had everything needed. The hotel rooms were lovely and big (I booked the executive floor!).
