friendly staff very good breakfast central location
The staff were friendly. They were prepared to support customer requests effectively. I felt very welcome . The breakfast was very good. The selection had excellent varieties of food items. The hotel location is central, near amenities and easy access to hot-spots.
The cabinet doors were creaky and the carpet felt old though i enjoyed my stay.

good location useful shopping breakfast quality limited selection
the location was good, connected to the starhill. it was really useful if i wanted to do a bit of shopping near lots of malls.
the breakfast wasnt good enough and the selection was limited. i think you find better stuff at similar hotels here. i was disappointed about the food choice available.

poor training cramped breakfast
The hotel was fancy. the dark lifts seemed thoughtless designed. It was difficult to find my room, a struggle. Breakfast felt cramped and staff service felt patchy. The staff did not anticipate guest needs and were poorly trained.
