harmizi was very friendly and helpful to my family he sorted our room and everything very well. the smart tv was a good form of entertainment for my children. the kitchen made things convenient for us especially since we have young kids. we could wash milk bottles and store food and drinks in the fridge

the carpets in the general areas are dated there is no room service which was unfortunate the sliding doors to the balconies all were locked so it was redundant the unit for a premier three bedroom apartment was basic

there is a convenience store downstairs it opens at 7am and closes quite late at night. suria klcc also has a supermarket needing groceries. a coffee vending machine is available near the lobby too.

the apartment was spacious super clean and cozy. it included a kitchen , made things convenient for preparing small meals. the fridge was useful for storing drinks and snacks. the smart tv provided entertainment for children.

the staff was helpful and very friendly offering assistance with a positive attitude. mr harmizi is an excellent worker demonstrating professionalism and dedication. he consistently shows genuine care . he is always ready to assist.

I must say I was quite disappointed with a few aspects. The breakfast was delivered in a lunchbox since the restaurant was closed (a major letdown for a hotel of this supposed caliber). It had very little variety. housekeeping required multiple requests to complete tasks. The bathroom floor was never cleaned .

i appreciated the superb location near various dining choices with easy grab access. it was a short walk to suria klcc, klcc park, petrosains, aquarium, restaurants, and stores. the helpful staff provided excellent service. the convenience store downstairs opened early and closed late.

The wifi was unstable, especially in the main bedroom. I found that quite inconvenient.

The room was spacious, with good facilities available. The hotel is near KLCC park and Suria Mall, so location is a short walk away. The spa was amazing too. It was a highlight.

I found the parking area too narrow. It was difficult to maneuver my car down. there was no valet service available.

busted treadmillsunderwhelming breakfast

This place? Oh, it not impressed. I found the gym equipment a bit busted. Like, half the treadmills were outta service and the weight machines sounded they would fall apart. breakfast, supposed served in a nearby spot, was underwhelming. The coffee tasted like someone already drank it twice, and the pastries seemed they were from last Tuesday.
