Amazing Stay at an Excellent Location!
spacious room free water rooftop pool
The room was spacious and well kept. The free-flow filtered water in the bathroom was useful. It reduced plastic bottle use. I also enjoyed the upgraded room on the top floor and the great views of the city. The rooftop swimming pool and the diverse breakfast selection.
The check-in process was not efficient. The staff were busy, so I had to wait.

The hotel is situated in a nice area, close to many attractions such as KLCC and the Pavilion Mall, so it is easy to walk to these places. You only need to walk a few minutes to reach these locations. This makes sightseeing very convenient.

The rooms are spacious and clean! Each room has good housekeeping services, so it's always well kept. The hotel offers various room types, like the Beautiful Premier Room, to accommodate different needs. All the rooms are immaculate.

The hotel has two pools plus a gym. Breakfast is comprehensive, with good quality food. the rooftop swimming pool offers fine sunrise views from the 11th floor! You should definitely check this hotel.

GREAT amenities
comfortable bed effective air conditioning consistent hot water
i found the hotel to be really good overall. my room offered ample space, and the air conditioning worked well. the bed and pillows were notably COMFORTABLE and the hot water was consistent during showers.
The hotel does not always provide towels at the swimming pool. This requires guests to dry off before going downstairs.

the breakfast selection presents good choices, though i did not explore all options. food quality appears fairly high, and there is good coffee available each morning at the coffee station.

the swimming pool is on the 30th floor, which gives amazing views. i observed that many guests enjoyed the rooftop pool, mostly on the weekends, as i took advantage of it too.

the hotel sits very near many shopping center. i found it easy to access numerous retail outlets and restaurants, many within a 10 minute WALKING distance from the front entrance.

an acceptable stay
variety menu green guava juice clean cutlery face towel warm water chipped cups
the breakfast had variety. i liked the green guava juice in particular. tables and cutlery were nice and clean. seating arrangement was excellent. the hotel location is a main advantage it is within walkable distance from a mall.
there was no face towel in the toilet. the water tap took time to run warm. it was not hot enough for a proper water. cups were chipped
