i found the staff attentive and always ready to assist. the room offered adequate space, and i liked its cleanliness. i had convenient access to local attractions as the hotel is suitably located near the pier.
i noticed some areas showed signs of needing refurbishment , particularly the carpets in the hallways.

threadbare carpets dirty towel rail
the breakfast choice was alright.
the hotel appears very dated. carpets on stairs looked threadbare, and i saw a stain on the carpet in the room. a towel rail was also dirty, and there were cup rings on surfaces. i won't be returning here again.

i found the location excellent. it was a short walk to the pier and town centre. i appreciated the warm swimming pool available at the hotel! the parking was easy, and i also thought the staff were helpful. the bar area was comfortable.

The staff were helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The swimming pool was a good bonus, and towels were readily available for use. The room included a fan. This was a blessing during the hot weather. We loved the tea bags.
While the shower worked very well, the door detached from its hinges. A maintenance worker did promptly repair it, I found this occurrence disconcerting.
