The staff was informative. I had a large comfortable bed. A GOOD shower was very useful. I enjoyed breakfast. There was a discount. The hotel is next door to the White Rock Theatre so this is great. The room was spacious with two double beds. We found a space in the free car park at the back. IT was a massive bonus.

The corridor on the third floor was narrow. Guests going to rooms and talking reminded me of they were inside my room. Plumbing in the bathroom made a gurgling noise. This happened when other guests used their bathrooms, made sleep difficult.

The room had perfect double beds. the ensuite was roomy. We laughed at the kettle's location. the location was spot on. a bus stop sits right outside the main door, quite useful. breakfast was good.

i found the floorboards a bit creaky at times. it wasn't a big deal, though.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They created a nice and relaxed atmosphere. The lounge and eating area were a highlight. On a sunny day, sitting outside with a coffee while enjoying the sea view was good. The appeal of that atmosphere encouraged us to chill at the hotel.

The 3rd floor corridor felt VERY narrow. Guests talking while passing my room made it sound as if they were inside. The toilet brush was black and DISGUSTING. The sink had a chip.

my room had fantastic tea, coffee, and biscuit facilities, a welcomed addition! the staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. the general atmosphere was delightfully relaxed, really charmed me.

the stairs were quite narrow too, posing a slight challenge.
