I ABSOLUTELY adored the location. It was superb. My room had a really comfy bed. i could also leave my luggage at reception before check-in. IT was very useful.

this hotel offers SOME features that enhanced my stay. A functional lift ensured easy access to all floors. The provision of tea and coffee facilities in the room created added convenience, very useful for me.

I found the gentleman at reception very helpful. He sorted a parking permit quickly. the room had lovely high ceilings . the bed was super comfortable and i slept soundly.
I noticed some dust on the blinds in the room. A deeper clean would improve things.

the receptionist was very friendly and cute. he even scratched off my parking permit for my car! he gave clear directions and assistance throughout my stay.

The fridge in the room was a nice bonus for keeping drinks cool. milk, coffee and toiletries are available in reception whenever needed. parking was great. I found a space easily with the provided permit.

the room was super clean. the bar had games to enjoy. the front of house staff were excellent!!!
i stayed in room 115. the toilet had come away from the wall. there was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the main bed, it was horrible.

mixed feelings about the stay
broken doormould ceiling
the bathroom door was completely broken. mould covered the ceiling and rust stained all the bathroom items. i guess it's okay if you're on a really tight budget and just need a place to sleep for a night. if you expect a nice hotel room, don't come here.
