amazing holiday
warm welcome beautiful lobby satisfying massage
i celebrated a friend's 50th here. the staff gave us a really warm welcome. the lobby is beautiful, and the restaurants offer plenty of choices. the spa was a highlight, and natalie provided an satisfying massage, i chose the aegian experience. i will definitely come back.
i noticed noise travels easily between rooms. i could hear sounds from neighboring rooms, and sometimes, it was quite disturbing. the hotel could improve soundproofing to ensure a quieter, more private stay for all guests.

the breakfast was perfect it had a lot of options. the staff always made sure everything was good i appreciated it.
the sun bed loungers were all stained i didn't expect this from a 5 star hotel.

relaxing room and excellent service
friendly staff comfortable bed fresh food
I was happy to find very friendly and helpful staff. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a large comfortable bed. the breakfast offered many choices, from fruit and pastries to a full cooked meal. Everything was fresh and tasty.
upon check-in, there was only one person working at the reception, handling everything. i ended up being charged hidden fees for the all-inclusive package, and i had to negotiate to reduce the price.

the hotel offered direct access to the beach with nice views. the area felt generally safe and accessible. i noticed several nearby restaurants and shops.
