adequate , but some issues

the staff was friendly , which was acceptable.
the room i got was supposedly a beautiful studio , but i have serious doubts about that. the furniture looked dated , it was like stepping back into the 1980s. also , the wifi was barely functional , i could not even load a simple webpage most of the time , so much for catching up on emails.

Check-in was easy. the staff was polite. very friendly! the room had a lot of kitchen equipment, should i have needed it, i stayed only one night. my room was clean and pleasant! the staff prepared a surprise welcome pack for my wife's birthday. I appreciated that a lot.
i found the gym a bit too dark and uninviting. this was a slight disappointment.

I noticed the pool was of a decent size and looked clean. Inflatables were available for everyone to use. towel access was simple. One could grab towels from the bar. the hotel included private parking and visitors, secure!

i had a lovely 1 bedroom apartment. the apartment had a kitchen and living room as described (it was very accurate). the bed was great and i slept very well.
the gym was too dark. it was also uninviting (a bit of a shame). the breakfast was not good, so i recommend you save your money and eat elsewhere.

The apartment was spacious. it included a kitchen with a cooker and fridge. air conditioning worked well in the living area. the bedroom was large with a comfortable bed, pillows were not great though. a safe was available at no extra cost. It was handy. the bathroom had a good shower, but the sink emitted a slight odor. i fixed it with drain cleaner from a local store.
I requested a late checkout due to a late flight, but i was told there were no rooms available. It was not ideal.

The pool area provided many sunbeds. It ensured convenient relaxation. there was also a bar that served a variety of refreshments. This was handy. a gym was available and included treadmills and stationary bikes.

Housekeeping services were provided daily. This kept the room tidy. reception staff offered assistance with directions and local information. the bar staff were quick and helpful during peak hours.

The hotel is situated a short distance from several restaurants and shops. This provides easy access. the beach is within walking distance. bus stops nearby facilitate travel to other parts of the area.

Great Hotel, Excellent Service

I appreciated the helpful staff , especially Lisa at reception. The new swimming pool area had plenty of free sunbeds. Cleaners left fresh towels daily. I also enjoyed chatting with other guests at the bar each evening , about our daily activities.
