My room was upgraded upon arrival. Daven's care, the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide selection, my son enjoyed the kids club with various activities! i used the well-equipped gym and the spa, it included a couples massage. every detail exceeded my expectations. Daven. i will definitely consider coming back again.

The pillows seemed like clouds. I never wanted to leave my room. anil, our room cleaner, did an AMAZING job keeping everything super clean every day. the staff treated us like royalty, anticipating our every need. the food was delicious, such a variety to choose from!

the gym was not well-kept, with outdated equipment and limited options for cardio exercises.

The customer service was really good. Every staff member was cute and passionate about their work. I am grateful to Karine Pierre, Niv, and Joana, as they made my vow renewal on the beach a dream. The breakfast team (Emy, Shelia, Berty, and Darel) and the dinner team (Kavish, Vimal, Preet, and Aarty) provided excellent service. Nass and Jerome at the pool, Noémie and Kendra from Kids Club, Meva and Reshmi from room cleaning, and Ashvin Beezadhur from security added many smiles to my face.
