tiny paper bagdisruptive group
the minibar concept felt odd. having to go to the shop isn't the main issue, but watching crisps being weighed and placed into a tiny paper bag seemed ridiculous (i thought this was a bit much). i understand the eco ethos, but this didn't enhance my experience at all. also, there was an influx of a corporate group. this group took over parts of the hotel. restaurants were closed to other guests. it was disruptive.

underwhelming stay, in need of updates

poor restaurantoutdated room
the room i was given felt outdated and not particularly clean. the ac did not work well. the variety and quality of food in the main restaurant left much to be desired. the main restaurant was open, so birds could get in.

I loved the variety of food choices available plus every meal tasted fresh. The water sports team. I found the staff friendly. They were always smiling too. It added so much to the overall experience.
It was a little difficult to book for a large group at the restaurants.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities

i stayed three nights in a family suite. the room was spacious and comfortable. i especially liked that the hotel offered multiple restaurant choices. the variety allowed us to sample diverse cuisines without leaving the premises.
i found the minibar policy slightly inconvenient, as i had to restock it myself.

the hotel features multiple pools suitable for all ages. there is a well-equipped gym with treadmills, bikes, and weights, (it was great to keep up with my fitness). the beach offers various water sports activities, including kayaking and paddleboarding.

friendly staffexcellent servicesustainability concept
the staff are very friendly and offer excellent service. the hotel design is modern and there are amenities for everyone. i liked the sustainability concept with the little bulk shop reusable water bottles and small details.
some patches of sheen-based paint existed on the entrance lobby above the corridor leading to the stairs for the food area.

the pools provided ample space for relaxation and recreation. complimentary beach activities were available daily and added value to the stay. water sports equipment was accessible and well kept.
