Adequate stay
lovely location tennis facilities poor service dirty plates
The hotel location is excellent. Multiple beaches provide nice changes in scenery. The tennis facilities are the best I have seen with multiple courts and a good pro.
Poolside service did not meet expectations. My balcony view included previous night's plates and food from the restaurant below. I think more care should be taken.

I appreciated the plentiful eating options at the hotel. i liked pelagos, a very special restaurant. Costas explained the dishes well.
there wasn't a personal welcome note in the room.

amazing stay at luxury location
large closet comfortable room excellent service
i enjoyed the king room arion sea view. it was large with fast wifi. the room included a big closet and a bathroom. i liked having a large back patio for sunbathing. service was excellent because every staff provided great customer service.
i think breakfast is comical. berries have mold on them. i noticed avocado that is old. the buffet has choices you expect at a marriott.

i saw breakfast is available at mercato. there is a buffet with a la carte options. staff made a real effort to ensure the service was personal. staff were generally warm and cute.
