I found the front desk staff professional at check-in. It was seamless. My room featured high-quality amenities. It was modern. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options. It was rich! The rooftop restaurant with ACROPOLIS views offered a amazing scene. The outdoor pools are nice.

The elevator system experienced delays though, causing SOME waiting during peak times.

The rooftop pool was lovely. The views really are amazing! the service was really good, and all needs were promptly met. the food in the restaurant was delicious. i particularly enjoyed the fresh ingredients used in every dish.

the elevator system was a bit slow at times. this sometimes caused a small wait, especially during peak hours.

good location helpful staff great buffet ignored request rude concierge no privacy

The location is really good. The staff is very helpful. The spa facility is GREAT!!! The breakfast buffet was also a highlight for me.

My request for a high level room was ignored. Instead, my room was right next to my siblings. This did not allow for the privacy I was hoping for. The concierge was rude.
