The hotel is very close to the airport. It is convenient for early flights. the metro to downtown athens is very close too. I walked there quickly. the shower in my luxury twin room was amazing! the room was quiet.

The online check-in process did not save much time. The reception was busy.

the business printing facilities worked well. this met my needs for preparing documents before my flight.

the ground floor restaurant disappointed me. the atmosphere felt soulless. the wine tasted off as it was from an opened bottle left unrefrigerated for a while.. the waiter did not notice this issue. this lack of attention is not acceptable

the rooftop dining at jenny's proved to be really good. the food was delicious, including shrimp saganaki and sea bass ceviche. the bathroom had a clever design, it featured both a tub and shower plus a private toilet.

the room service menu was accessible only via qr codes rather than a paper menu.
