I appreciated the staff and the views from the infinity pool. I tried the kickboxing class, and the fitness attendant was amazing. The location was ideal, with convenient access to nearby amenities. The room was also quite nice. It was clean and well kept.

The breakfast had limited variety, it needs improvement.

the location is convenient to central festival mall. the bathroom includes spacious areas and cleaning services. all staff are polite and helpful i did notice! the gym was good, with a variety of equipment. there was also a nice children's play area, a great addition, i thought.

The hotel staff were very helpful, especially Mr Kook, Ms. Kartoon, Ms. Naw Naw and Ms. Beau. The bell boys, Chart and M, ensured smooth service from arrival. The facilities. The hard mattress and pillows provided reminded me of home.

There were no power points near the mirrors. Grooming was inconvenient.
