i had a big room and a comfortable double bed. the balcony was also large and it had good access to restaurants, bars and shops nearby. the staff were helpful and polite . i also appreciated the pool table in the adjacent cafe bar.

The water pressure was low. It seems like the hotel could not fix it.

the staff at reception were consistently available and ready to help with requests. the hotel provided quick room service, delivering extra towels within minutes of my call. daily housekeeping kept my room very clean.

i loved the hotel's convenient location, very close to everything. the staff was friendly, and the room size was great! two good pools made it a blast. i liked the smaller one secluded in a tropical setting.

the mattress felt hard. i had to ask for an extra sheet.

Two swimming pools provided ample choice. One offered a shaded, cooler experience, while the other was sunlit and warmer. The room was clean, and staff were friendly. I found two convenient entrances, a quiet one and another facing the Soi Buakhow area. Breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

The air conditioning was maybe TOO strong, needing frequent adjustments.

I appreciated the central location near soi buakhao. It made exploring easy. the room cleaning service was prompt and thorough. the pool offered a warm, refreshing escape with a very helpful attendant. the lifts were fast, which minimised any waiting time.

The breakfast area was comfortable and bright. Staff frequently refilled dishes as needed. the variety of food was quite good with options for different nationalities. breakfast service runs from 7am to 10am, so plan accordingly.

The rooms were big and cleaned daily. I found the big beds quite comfortable. toiletries and bottled water were supplied, which i found useful. the room featured a fridge and a big tv. a balcony offering a street view!

The hotel is centrally located, pretty much close to everything. it is just off soi buakhao. nearby, you can find convenience stores, massage parlors, and restaurants. A baht taxi stand is right outside for easy transport.
