The pool was clean! it featured a dedicated children's area. i really liked the availability of ample sun loungers. I never struggled to find a spot. the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby shopping mall was also very convenient! it helped me save on transportation costs. the breakfast selection was vast. i found many options to suit different tastes. the staff provided prompt and courteous service at the dining area. the fitness center included modern equipment such as treadmills and elliptical machines. i especially liked this feature. the air conditioning system worked perfectly. it kept the room cool and comfortable throughout my stay. my room had a balcony with seating, with a pleasant space. the room also featured a mini-fridge stocked with a selection of beverages and snacks that i could enjoy at any time! the hotel's location provided easy access to the beach and various attractions. i enjoyed walking along the shoreline in the evenings. the on-site spa offered a range of treatments, like massage therapy and facials. i took advantage of this and found it very relaxing!

the in-room wifi signal was occasionally weak, and i experienced some connectivity issues!

the spacious layout allowed everything to run smoothly even though the hotel was busy. my sea-view room was clean. it offered a lovely moment of calm when looking out from the balcony. the tropical swimming pool was wonderful , especially with its interesting ice-bath facility.

the bed was comfortable , but the air conditioning unit was loud. it couldn't be properly controlled. getting out of the bathtub felt unsafe.

The room provided a fine view of the pool. The location proved convenient to nearby shops. Concierge, Front Office, and F&B staff delivered quality service throughout my stay. Room service was prompt and efficient.

location was good with access to things i wanted to see, that i can say.

the air conditioning unit in the room was very loud, and i could not manage the settings. this meant i had trouble sleep, not ideal during my vacation. it really put a damper on things.
