a gem by the sea
comfy sofa large balcony evening cocktail
the oceanfront suite was amazing. it was spacious at 80 sqm. the suite included a comfy sofa and a large balcony. i especially enjoyed the sunbed (it was perfect. i also found the spacious bathroom with a soaking tub to be a great feature. the executive lounge was such a treat. it offered a peaceful setting with amazing sea views. i enjoyed the afternoon tea, and the evening cocktail hour was also fantastic. i appreciated the unlimited drinks and appetizers. the gingerfire restaurant stood out with its fusion menu. i enjoyed the burrata salad and the pasta alla norma (the pasta was delicious!). the coastal vibe gave the space a natural feel.
the television in the room seemed a bit dated. i thought a smart tv might have improved the experience. i ended up using my own device to stream shows.

the room offered two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i liked the modern decor and found it to be stylish. the balcony provided lovely city views (it was ideal for watching the sunrise).

I had a Classic King Room Ocean View. The view looked over the pool and ocean. The staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good.
The room was spacious but a bit dated. The toilet seat had a crack. Taps leaked water. The television in the room was old.

the room was acceptable. it had what i needed for a short stay.
The tv was old. it was not a smart tv, and i could only access hotel content. i had to use my own firestick to watch netflix and youtube. That was disappointing.

really good stay!
spacious room comfortable bed secure parking excellent staff
i liked the spaciousness of the classic king room ocean view. the bed was super comfortable, and the tv had ultra high quality channels. the shower was magnificent! parking was secure with direct access to the lobby. i want to compliment the staff for their excellence (especially the security staff and restaurant staff). the food was really good and well priced.
the air conditioning was too loud. the fridge in the room was also noisy. paint was peeling off on the balcony walls. the bathroom felt a little dated.

the pool area had a slide that kept the kids entertained! i saw a well-equipped gym with high-quality machines and treadmills. a pool table and table tennis (what a treat!).

the breakfast was very good and had many options to select from. the sky bar is open till late and they have excellent alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages (i liked the cocktails!).

the executive lounge provided a peaceful setting. it had panoramic sea views and a calm atmosphere. i enjoyed the afternoon tea. light snacks and pastries were available (it felt very civilized). the gingerfire all-day-dining restaurant had a natural vibe. the fusion menu included burrata salad and bacon pizza. the design was very cute. the pool area was a highlight. it had a swim-up bar and a jacuzzi. the picturesque corners provided great photo opportunities.
my bathroom felt a bit old-fashioned. it still had a good shower though. i heard machinery noise from a nearby building site during the day. i was on floor eight and the noise was noticeable. on my last day, i asked for a glass of water while waiting for my taxi. i was told i could only get one if i bought a bottle. i felt there was an inflexible corporate machine at play. i noticed a building site next to the hotel. there was loud noise from the machinery during the day. this made it difficult to relax in my room.

they upgraded the fruit selection plus the hot asian food selection at breakfast. ms pannee from housekeeping on floor 10 remembered me and did a great job.
