The studio room was generously sized. it had plenty of space and was clean. the beds were really comfortable and the car park provided ample space.. even for coaches. i found the breakfast quite diverse. The menu included rotated soups, hot dishes, and varied fruits daily.

the bathroom was exceedingly small, and i noticed there were no hand towels available in the room, which seemed a bit unusual for the hotel.

the reception team was helpful and fast during check-in. the general team assisted with various needs throughout my stay. the housekeeping staff kept the room clean and functional daily.

great location amazing curtains

the location was amazing! it was a minute walk to the beach and also a minute walk to central mall! the curtains did a great job of blocking out sunlight too.

The tv didn't work well. The channels looked blurry. though, i could sleep well with earplugs.

indian options walkable distance tropical garden

the breakfast buffet included very good indian options. the location was near the beach and markets which were walkable. the tropical garden surrounding the hotel caught my attention and was amazing.

I noticed the pool was often shaded by the buildings. This limited sun exposure and ventilation.

i stayed in a superior double or twin room. the air conditioning worked very well! the bed was comfortable. i enjoyed the provision of two complimentary bottles of water each day.

The wi-fi signal strength was weak. It was somewhat inconsistent, but i managed.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The location proved very convenient. I walked easily to Central Festival and Beach Road. The room's balcony offered great sea views. The bed was comfortable, and I controlled lights and air conditioning from one control panel. Breakfast included two rooms. Each offered different foods and experiences. The menu rotated soup, hot food dishes, and fruit daily.. this kept it interesting.

The bathtub and shower combination lacks anti-slip surfaces. The tub bottom felt slick, much like standing on ice. Showers within bathtubs are outdated and present a danger.

Acceptable stay, some drawbacks noted

convenient location helpful staff slippery bathtub outdated shower

The location was VERY convenient. It was a short walk to both the beach and Central Mall. All the hotel staff were really good. They even arranged additional parking at Central Mall for hotel guests. A golf cart service was available too.

The bathtub and shower setup presents a safety concern. The tub bottom lacked anti-slip surfaces making it very slippery when showering. A shower in a bathtub is quite outdated because of this DANGER.
