sandy beach available sunbeds helpful team creaky floor worn table dirty receiver
the room was cleaned daily. the beach was sandy. plenty of sunbeds were available. the reception team helped with local information.
the floor creaked in my room. the only table was worn out. the telephone receiver was dirty.

attentive staff excellent service delicious food unsafe bunk uneven decking no railing
the hotel staff, specifically mario, honey, aya, waii, and keen, provided excellent service. they were attentive to every detail and took great care of my family throughout my stay. they always checked in with us and offered help whenever we needed it. i appreciate their kindness and professionalism. the food in the restaurant was really good.
i booked a family room with bunk beds for the kids. there was no railing on the top bunk, quite unsafe. one of my kids fell out, but was unhurt. the decking around the pool area was very uneven and not safe.

good location friendly staff stained pillows old room
i felt grateful that the hotel had a good location. it offered short distance to terminal 21. 7-elevens and local shops was easily accessible to me. the staff was friendly and accommodating i thought. gerlie and aya was especially helpful.
my room was not very clean. the pillows have stains on them. a bunch of hair was in the room too. the room felt old i think. no matter how much shower cream i used, it does not work well.

wonderful experience!
complete set comfortable space good breakfast
the room was super clean, particularly the bathroom. i appreciated the complete set of toiletries including toothbrush and toothpaste. the room provided a comfortable space for rest. the breakfast was also very good.
The lift was quite warm. Better ventilation is needed.

the pool area had comfortable loungers and shaded spots, perfect for relaxation. the gym included modern equipment, such as several treadmills and stationary bikes. this allowed for a comprehensive workout.

the staff was consistently smiling upon arrival. they remembered us and provided good service. the lounge breakfast provided a tasty experience, with a variety of choices, and the atmosphere was very nice!

a mixed experience AT the hotel
faulty air conditioning breakfast crowd
i FOUND a few issues . the air conditioning was not working properly in the room i booked. It took maintenance a very long time to address it. the breakfast buffet was overcrowded and several items were consistently empty. i Had to wait a long time for refills, and the overall quality was just AVERAGE.
