the front desk staff provided quick service, which i really valued. my room was a standard queen room non-smoking and it was compact but functional, very suitable for a solo traveler like myself. the location felt secure and provided easy access to nearby restaurants. the included buffet breakfast had diverse options that were quite good, i especially liked the eggs!

the room felt slightly stuffy because the windows don't open for fresh air, i wish they could.

the dining room impressed me. it was very clean and large enough to provide comfortable space between tables. the food selection was plentiful.. varied and satisfying with both asian and western choices. staff stored luggage and valuables securely.

the hot water took some time to come through in the shower, and the water pressure felt a bit low.

The hotel was clean throughout my stay. The breakfast included a good variety of options. The staff were always helpful with directions. I appreciated the modern design of the building. It felt recently updated.

The room size was smaller than expected. Hot water in the shower took at least fifteen minutes to appear. This delay was an inconvenience, especially in the mornings.
