the hotel had a frequent airport shuttle for 100 baht. porters were available to help with bags, even up the single flight of steps to my room.
the room smelled bad. also, the staff did not seem particularly polite. unusual for the area.

The gym WAS fantastic IT had adequate equipment. I appreciated the shuttle service that took me to the airport I found it very reliable.
The bathroom HAD an unpleasant odor I did notice. The staff did not seem aware of a deposit refund for luggage storage I had to leave.

Fantastic Stay Near the Airport!

The rooftop restaurant has a view of the airport. It's great to watch the planes. The food was great (especially the Pad See Ew!). I really loved the convenient shops near the hotel. The staff, especially at the front desk, provided quick service. The shuttle to the airport was very reliable and departed every half hour. I found this useful.
The sound insulation was not great, and I could hear some noise from outside.

The rooftop restaurant offered a diverse menu. It included both local and international dishes. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with distinct menus for each (very convenient!).

The hotel's proximity to the airport is superb. The convenient shops and eateries right outside were a plus. Shuttle service to and from the airport ran frequently. It was affordable at 100 baht.
