The airport transfer was smooth and stress-free. There is a shopping mall just a short walk away (maybe 5 minutes!), allowing some time to pass easily. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning unit was a little noisy, which could be a minor disturbance for light sleepers.

the hotel offers a free airport shuttle, which i found very convenient. my room had a nice location next to a large shopping center (robinson is very close by!). the staff was helpful and cute at all times.

The room cleaning was not properly done. I found a significant amount of hair left in the bathroom (it's a bit annoying!).

The airport shuttle started on time without any delay.

I had a really bad experience with the beds. They were generally awful and I couldn't sleep at all because of this. The pillows also need more filling. I probably wouldn't stay more than just one night.
