i appreciated the free shuttle from airport to hotel. check in was easy. A shopping mall is just around the corner, it offered supermarkets, coffee shops, and donuts.

Aircon needed maintenance. It made a noise. the noise got worse during night sleep.

noisy air conditioning basin water leaking

The staff were indeed very helpful and check-in went smoothly.

The air conditioning unit made a lot of noise. It got worse overnight. Water was leaking from the basin. I also asked for extra pillows. They forgot my request until I called a second time (a definite oversight).

good breakfast shuttle service working system hard mattress poor view poor room

the breakfast was a good start to any day. the shuttle service seems a little hit or miss, though it always worked out in the end. i found the whole system worked very well.

The mattress was very hard, it was not comfortable. the view overlooked the parking lot. I wasn't thrilled with that. the room looks poor, hardly 3 stars.

The airport transfer was smooth and stress-free. There is a shopping mall just a short walk away (maybe 5 minutes!), allowing some time to pass easily. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning unit was a little noisy, which could be a minor disturbance for light sleepers.

a practical stay near the airport

the hotel offers a free airport shuttle, which i found very convenient. my room had a nice location next to a large shopping center (robinson is very close by!). the staff was helpful and cute at all times.

The room cleaning was not properly done. I found a significant amount of hair left in the bathroom (it's a bit annoying!).

awful bed insufficient pillow filling

The airport shuttle started on time without any delay.

I had a really bad experience with the beds. They were generally awful and I couldn't sleep at all because of this. The pillows also need more filling. I probably wouldn't stay more than just one night.
