The breakfast had a good selection of items to choose from, so it was easy to find something I liked.
The shower water was barely lukewarm. I also struggled with the shower controls. Figuring out how to switch the water flow was needlessly complicated. A simple instruction sign would have helped a lot.

The bathroom wasn't great. The shower leaked all over the floor. also, the air conditioning was very loud and made it hard to sleep. It rattled all night. i thought the noise would stop, but it continued.

My room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast offered great variety and a pleasant dining environment. The front desk staff was very cute. The hotel location is convenient, a short walk from the BTS Asok Station and close to Terminal 21.
The gym equipment shows some wear. Some of the machines could use maintenance. It would be great to see updated fitness equipment during a future visit.

The hotel provided a shuttle service to the main street. This service was quick and reliable. I found the staff consistently attentive. They addressed my requests promptly and efficiently. I also appreciated the courteous and professional manner of the team.
