heated seat gym equipment
My stay included a beautiful king room it had ample space for luggage i found the separate shower and toilet convenient, with the toilet even with a heated seat. the gym had good equipment. I saw treadmills and stationary bikes available.
The pool is located on the ground floor. It is near the car entrance, so this proximity to traffic felt a little distracting.

zen retreat in the city
daily cleaning zen area tuk-tuk ride
I stayed for a week in three rooms i booked for my group. the rooms received daily cleaning, a detail i definitely noticed. i enjoyed the zen area where i could relax. the hotel offered free tuk-tuk rides to the nearby bts station hourly. It was convenient.
I found the elevator situation problematic. often, i had to wait an extended period for it. at one point, i had to use the small service elevator. A queue formed because of it.

the staff maintained a lovely and organized environment. the spa staff were kind and soft-spoken. they really provided excellent support.

the hotel's location offered easy access to many places. a 7/11 is conveniently close by. the hotel provided tuk-tuk service to nana bts station every hour.

stylish rooms comfortable beds large shower superb gym
The hotel offers great value. The rooms are stylish and functional. I found the beds very comfortable. The large shower and superb gym IMPRESSED me. I loved the environmentally conscious approach with glass bottles instead of plastic.
The elevator service was a bit slow at times. There are only two elevators.

The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Plus, the pool area includes twenty loungers. A zen area is available for relaxation, offering a calm natural ambiance. A free tuk-tuk service operates hourly to Nana BTS station.

mixed feelings on this hotel
milk stain subpar pillows
the gym included several machines and the location was fine.
The strawberry milk stain incident seemed like a money grab. Staff tried to charge me for it. i didn't feel very safe with all those bars outside of the hotel. the bed wasn't the best and the pillows were subpar. Definitely not a 5-star experience.

i was so charmed by the automatic toilet in my room. i also liked the complimentary water and juice provided. the gym had modern equipment. the building was really clean.
the room size was a little compact for what i'd expect from a five-star place but not that bad.

breakfast had almost the same menu daily but it tasted good. they prepared a takeaway breakfast for my early departure which i liked. that was very nice.

a 7-eleven is located quite near the hotel and i found that convenient. nana plaza is also very close only a two minute walk. it is very central.

the breakfast buffet was amazing with diverse options. the staff were helpful and professional throughout my stay. the room was spacious and very clean. i found the amenities to be great, especially the refreshing pool.
i noticed that the windows could use better insulation to minimize outside noise.

Really good Stay!
modern design automatic toilet good water pressure
The hotel features a modern design. My room included up-to-date appliances! The automatic toilet in the large bathroom was a NICE touch. I also enjoyed the excellent water pressure in the bathtub.
Soundproofing to the corridor could be improved slightly, as some noise was noticeable.
