The hotel offers great value. The rooms are stylish and functional. I found the beds very comfortable. The large shower and superb gym IMPRESSED me. I loved the environmentally conscious approach with glass bottles instead of plastic.

mixed feelings on this hotel

the gym included several machines and the location was fine.
The strawberry milk stain incident seemed like a money grab. Staff tried to charge me for it. i didn't feel very safe with all those bars outside of the hotel. the bed wasn't the best and the pillows were subpar. Definitely not a 5-star experience.

i was so charmed by the automatic toilet in my room. i also liked the complimentary water and juice provided. the gym had modern equipment. the building was really clean.
the room size was a little compact for what i'd expect from a five-star place but not that bad.

a 7-eleven is located quite near the hotel and i found that convenient. nana plaza is also very close only a two minute walk. it is very central.

the breakfast buffet was amazing with diverse options. the staff were helpful and professional throughout my stay. the room was spacious and very clean. i found the amenities to be great, especially the refreshing pool.
i noticed that the windows could use better insulation to minimize outside noise.

The hotel features a modern design. My room included up-to-date appliances! The automatic toilet in the large bathroom was a NICE touch. I also enjoyed the excellent water pressure in the bathtub.
Soundproofing to the corridor could be improved slightly, as some noise was noticeable.

The breakfast selection was great. I found the staff helpful, always proactively offering assistance, a quality I HIGHLY value! The hotel's email responses were quick and useful, made pre-arrival communication easy.
