helpful staff quiet room cockroach cupboard bad ventilation

The hotel had a great location NEAR public transport. The staff WERE very helpful always. I appreciate the nice QUIET room i HAD with a city view.

The cleanliness SHOULD be improved. There were cockroaches in the cupboard, concerning. The ventilation in the smoking floor WAS bad, it was dusty. My partner and i KEPT sneezing because of THAT.

The location is excellent, very close to the BTS station. This made getting around the area very easy. Breakfast included a variety of options, a real bonus. The hotel is quite affordable compared to others nearby.

The gym equipment could use some updating.
