bts skytrain convenient access helpful staff daily service

the hotel is close to the bts skytrain, offering convenient access to the city. i found many facilities nearby, including a supermarket and massage options. the staff were always helpful and accommodating. the room was cleaned every day.

the hotel corridors seem a little tired and could use some updating.

constant noise poor soundproofing

the room was clean enough. i can't say i had any issues there.

The noise was a constant issue. i could hear other guests slamming doors at all hours. It was disruptive and inconsiderate. the hotel really needs better soundproofing.

fantastic stay!

friendly staff central location clean room

the staff were friendly and helpful, even (i think) taking my requests into account. the location is really central, only a short walk to the bts station. my room was large and clean, just what i needed. breakfast had quite a few options and they switched some items each day.

the shower had issues with hot water (it fluctuated) and the water pressure wasn't consistent, so it was a little bit inconvenient.
