The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It was easy to maintain my workout routine. I enjoyed a wide variety of dishes at breakfast. It was extensive. The front desk duty manager Khun Bow was attentive. She was very helpful.

The sushi section at the Japanese restaurant was closed. This was a bit disappointing.

The housekeeping team was excellent. They ensured my room was super clean each day. Staffs were very attentive at the club lounge. They were eager to fulfill my requests. I felt welcomed and well-cared for throughout my stay.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It made getting ready very efficient. An origami was neatly folded on my bed each evening. It provided a lovely touch. The bed was very comfortable!

the gym was spacious. it offered a good range of equipment for a workout.

the rooms felt a bit old. i didn't really feel any luxury for the price i paid for them. the breakfast was also disappointing because it tasted bad and it was the same every day, i hoped for better.
