convenient location mini fridge available staff loud air conditioning musty smell stained carpet
The location was really convenient. I could easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. the room included a mini fridge, helpful for storing drinks. the staff were always available at the front desk, made check-in and check-out smooth.
The air conditioning unit was quite loud. It made sleeping a little difficult. the bathroom had a slight musty smell. It was noticeable upon entering. i noticed some stains on the carpet in the hallway, they needed cleaning.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
weak air conditioning thin walls
the air conditioning was weak it barely cooled the room down. i found the lack of soundproofing frustrating i could clearly hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms. the shower had very low water pressure making it hard to wash properly

Decent Stay with Minor Drawbacks
spacious room comfortable bedding great location bathroom maintenance dirty showerhead small space
The room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable (I slept so well!). The location is great with plenty of food options nearby. It was also easy to get around the city because the BTS station is a short walk away.
The bathroom urgently needs maintenance. The showerhead holder was loose, and the showerhead itself was quite dirty. There was very little space to place toiletries beside the basin, a small inconvenience.

The location was quite convenient (close to public transport and shops). the room had great size and a very clean feel. i found the staff ready to help. They assisted me with a smile.

great location and helpful staff
convenient location comfy bed helpful staff easy access
i found the location really convenient it was near many restaurants and shops plus the bts train station was close it was a great spot for getting around the city. the room was a good size and the bed was comfy i had no problem relaxing after a long day of exploring. the staff helped me book taxis and gave me directions they were always attentive. i found it easy to access many attractions from here
i noticed some street noise at night it sometimes made it a little difficult to fall asleep quickly

Decent location. Some issues
mold smell dingy shower
the location was convenient for getting around the city.
my room smelled strongly of mold.. i had to switch hotels after two nights. the shower also seemed a bit dingy with mold on the tiles, though it was still usable. the fridge had mold on the front too..
