the breakfast had great options , offering both local and international choices. the staff, especially noyna, remembered my coffee order and prepared it quickly. my room was spacious and clean , equipped with all the necessary amenities.

the rooftop bar was a bit overhyped for me , not quite matching the pictures i saw. the front desk offered a membership for discounts , but i did not see those discounts applied to my bill. during checkout , i had to specifically ask for a detailed bill.

The staff was very friendly and offered excellent service. I really liked that the reception assigned me a good room. The hotel's location is prime.
