the location was acceptable enough.

The restaurant service needs some serious work! the staff seemed to wander around aimlessly and not really pay attention to the tables. my steak arrived cold. I think they forgot to bring it to me. they apologized and offered a free drink, but i just wanted hot food.

The staff was really good. On departure to the airport, i received a call about an item left behind. they kindly sent a staff member to catch our taxi. the service was above expectations. our premium riva room with river view and balcony was so nice as well. the room's cleanliness was wonderful.

the hotel is located right on the chao phraya river. it has a quieter road very near khao san road. there is also a public dock where the local ferry picks up less than 100m away.

The staff was super attentive! the room was very clean and it felt huge. the hotel itself is clean and the pool area is gorgeous! the location is central. Accessing many attractions is easy. i would stay again!

inconsistent housekeepinginadequate massage

My riva room river view no balcony wasn't ideal. the housekeeping was quite inconsistent. sometimes, my room wasn't serviced until late in the day, even with the "make up room" sign displayed. the massage experience was also disappointing. The setup felt more like a lounger in the lobby than a proper massage table in a spa.
