tuk-tuk serviceshopping centerfresh drinksfriendly staff
The staff was helpful and friendly! a tuk-tuk service to the bts (chit lom) was available. it only took about 10 minutes to walk to the bts and the shopping center. there were always fresh drinks and cakes available free near reception. I loved this detail!
the room, though tidy, had some old furniture and paintings, a very minor detail.

the hotel is conveniently near many shopping centers and the lupini park. you can walk to the metro if you go through the park to wat pho. around the hotel are many shopping centers, cafes, and a 7-eleven.

the room was very spacious and had big bathrooms, all kept very clean. the beds are large and comfortable, complete with nice linens and towels. the room i stayed in was well-equipped with a microwave. toaster, and refrigerator, as well, i loved that!

The room was large and very clean. I had a GREAT time using the self-serve laundry facilities. The breakfast offered a LOT of choices. I really enjoyed it.
The air conditioning had only one setting. I could not adjust it higher or lower. The room also smelled a bit damp. The bathroom was small for a suite.

faulty access cardold interior
the room's card access was faulty it caused a sudden blackout once. i experienced being locked out because the keycard failed. the hotel's interior seems old and really needs a refresh. aside from this there is nothing much else i can complain about.

great rooms with everything i needed

the room was big with facilities i needed such as a washing machine and microwave. beds were comfy. the staff were helpful and polite. the free tuk tuk service to the bts station was good, especially when i had shopping.
the housekeeping need improvement. the first day after check in, i found no complimentary bottled water. the second day, they forgot to put toilet paper, so I had to call front office.

the staff at the front were always smiling and helpful. the young male staff always helped me with directions and recommendations. their assistance made getting around easier, especially when i had language difficulties.

the buffet breakfast had delicious options, especially the noodle breakfast. i thought it was the best noodle breakfast from all the hotels i stayed at. i also loved the on-site restaurant where i had a lovely dinner.
