inconsistent signal loud operation

i found a couple of issues that detracted from my stay. the wifi signal was inconsistent. this made it difficult to conduct basic work tasks from my room. the air conditioning unit was also quite loud. its operation disturbed sleep despite being set at a reasonable temperature.

The villas behind the hotel reminded me of a real oasis. It was hidden in the very heart of the city. The whole space was very charming. I also liked that rooms are spacious and the lobby is nice.

I noticed that the bedroom smelled of bleach on day one and urine on day two. The bed felt very firm, like laying on wood. It really impacted my sleep. It wasn't clear when I booked that my room was in a separate building from the main building. I found it annoying when needing to walk down the street for food.

pool area friendly staff

the elephant pool area created a very restful place! the hotel corner wing was quite photogenic, many guests were outside taking pictures. checking in and out went smoothly, thanks to a friendly staff member. the room had a nice big bed, the provided facilities met my needs.

I found the pillows to be very hard. also, i was not informed in advance that my room would be in a separate building from the main lobby and breakfast area. This detail would have been helpful to know beforehand.

the diplomats suite had a jacuzzi and a sauna. they addressed every request i made. the staff demonstrated excellent attention to detail. yuri provided great help with local navigation and connections.

the breakfast was basic and didn't really match the hotel's level.
