The staff was lovely and helpful! the location proved convenient, being near many major attractions and the metro. i found excellent local dining options just steps from the hotel. billy provided an awesome tour of the city's sights. I appreciated the clean rooms with great sizes and also had a comfortable stay.

i think soundproofing needs improvement because i could hear noise from other rooms sometimes.

the location was great! the metro lines are easily accessible. i found the staff to be nice and they maintained the hotel's cleanliness. a very nice touch was the city view from my room, i enjoyed that.

The hallways had concrete floors, so sounds echoed quite a bit. This amplified corridor noise at various times during the day.

The beautiful king room city view had air conditioning and contained good personal hygiene products. I also found the room clean, without any unpleasant odors or insects. the room was of a good size. The beds were large and comfortable.

I found the location really good, near chinatown. the room was beautifully appointed. the pool provided a refreshing escape from the city heat. i really appreciated the breakfast. It offered many delicious options.

the elevator system involved taking one lift to reception and then another to my room.

clean rooms comfortable beds

i found the service allowed me to leave luggage both before and after check in. i was also able to use the pool after check out it was VERY convenient for me. the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable WITH VERY comfortable beds.

the hallways have poured concrete floors with no carpeting or other sound-dampening materials. this MEANS you will hear corridor sounds amplified.
