i've stayed here a few times over the years and always found it reliable. the breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection, providing plenty of choices. our group booked two rooms and unfortunately, both had temperature issues. the air conditioning seemed to struggle, leading to an uncomfortable evening. we still are grateful for the helpful staff.

Staff at reception were attentive. They promptly addressed requests. housekeeping maintained general cleanliness in common areas, and the concierge provided helpful directions. the bell service was quick. They assisted with luggage storage.

i've stayed in many hotels but the pool area here is awesome. the views from the rooftop pool are very nice. the breakfast buffet has loads of choices, very delicious too.

i noticed the room felt a little dusty and old. the bathroom door didn't close easily. the furniture seems outdated and needs some love.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, I was charmed. The facilities seemed clean and in good condition. The rooftop area had a pool and a bar, what a treat. My room was large and the bath water temperature was perfect, so relaxing after a long day.

I had asked for a room with a double bed, but I received a room with single beds. The mattresses wasn't good at all, I didn't sleep well. There was a big fat spot on the carpet, it look very old.

the room i stayed in was superior double. it had plenty natural light, made mornings so lovely. the bathroom had a rainfall shower, really a nice touch. the hotel offered great value, it was perfect for my romantic getaway. there was a friendly travel agent, who gave good recommendations.

the location was convenient for exploring. the staff was helpful with directions and local tips. i found the breakfast selection adequate with a variety of thai and western options. the rooftop pool offered nice views, especially during sunset.

My room had a slight musty odor. An air freshener would have helped. the carpets showed noticeable wear and could use replacing.
