unpleasant receptionistcockroach infestation
I was a bit disappointed with my stay. the breakfast felt quite basic, especially regarding fresh fruit options. the woman at the night reception wasn't very cute. I found her attitude unpleasant when i asked about a room change. it reminded me of she didn't care about the issues i raised (cockroaches in the room!) and i found that quite disheartening.

The breakfast offered a decent selection. The location was CENTRAL and allowed easy access to key tourist spots by foot.
The room felt outdated and needed refurbishment. The air conditioning was INCREDIBLY noisy. It made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night. I found the mattress to be quite saggy as well.

a commendable lodging experience

the location afforded easy access to many attractions. i found the provided breakfast fairly consistent . the price point proved quite reasonable. the staff displayed a friendly attitude and helpful demeanor.
the air conditioning unit emitted noticeable noise, which affected overnight comfort. an option for a quieter ceiling fan could improve the stay, though the bed was good. i believe the room needs to have better noise isolation from the outside.

The room contained a functional air conditioning unit. It also included a refrigerator and a television. two complimentary bottles of water were supplied daily upon request. The room offered standard amenities. the bed provided adequate comfort.
