i found the tuk tuk service to the metro station very convenient. the breakfast selection offered tasty thai and western options. daily cleaning service kept the room immaculate. my room on the sixth floor had ample space.

the bathroom seemed a bit old, it's true, but it was still functional.

The laundry service was both quick and efficient. The staff members displayed a friendly attitude. I appreciated the comfortable bed in my room , along with its soft sheets.

The hallway and doors was dirty. The walls were thin , and I could hear both neighbours and hallway noise. The furnishings seemed somewhat outdated to me.

the breakfast buffet had a very wide variety. food was cooked perfectly. the swimming pool was immaculately neat. it was a most satisfying experience.

The a/c indoor unit was super noisy. I could not sleep well. i could hear everything from outside as the hotel is on a main road. there was also no noise isolation between rooms.

the hotel is located conveniently, providing easy access to attractions. rooms are modern and clean. comfortable beds ensured i slept well. i found the fast wi-fi convenient (it made work easy). complimentary bottled water was a nice touch.

the soundproofing could be improved as noise from adjacent rooms was sometimes noticeable.
