Really good Service and Convenient Location

The staff was polite, respectful, and helpful throughout my stay. They made it very pleasant. I was particularly impressed by Sha and her team. They addressed our breakfast and lunch needs, resolving any concerns quickly! The food selection was great. I will come back.
I noticed rooms are aging. Our shower door had broken parts, specifically did not swing outwards.

The room was very tidy. it was well cleaned each day. Housekeeping certainly completed a great job to maintain the cleaning. the breakfast had good selections. I enjoyed thai noodle soup, warming and fresh fruits.
i noticed that the pillows are way too soft for me.

i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . joy and wawa were especially kind. the room had everything i needed, it was comfy.
the rooms could use some improvement. i think they should provide two keys instead of just one. housekeeping needs a better schedule, they came to clean at 3 pm one day after a long day when i just wanted a nap.

the check-in process was really smooth. i even got a complimentary cookie, which i appreciated. my room had a mini bar and complimentary water. the hotel location is great, very close to the emporium mall and emquartier mall.
The lifts felt a bit small and slow. i also noticed a slight smoky smell when i arrived. the breakfast spread was quite average. It had the basics but nothing too extensive.
