The family room was clean. It was well kept. There is buggy service to Siam Paragon. Staff were very polite. They were friendly. This.

The breakfast lacked skimmed milk availability. I picked low fat, but it arrived full fat twice. The Wi-Fi network wasn't good in the room. This hotel calls itself 5-star, but it doesn't reach this level.

clean hotel club room afternoon tea

the staff were cute. the hotel was very clean. i had access to the club room. it gave access to the 32nd floor where breakfast and afternoon tea are available (the tea was amazing!). the pool is open late.

the wash basin had a gradient issue. water drained onto the floor after each use. this was a little inconvenient.

the club king room included high-quality linens. the modern amenities and luxurious marble bathrooms contributed to the experience. the floor-to-ceiling windows provided views. free-standing bathtubs were in the bathroom, so i could relax.

the staff was kind , always cute guests.

i was disappointed that the hotel seemed to cut costs , removing some vip privileges i usually enjoyed. the live cooking station at the night cocktail time was gone , and i could not have the freshly cooked scallops or steak anymore.

The buggy car service to Siam Paragon was very convenient (a definite plus). The hotel proved excellent for traveling with children. The pool area had a shallow section, great for children to play safely. The breakfast suited our family's tastes quite well.

convenient access buggy service quick response uncomfortable sleeping short faucets sink design

The location provides convenient access to Siam Paragon shopping mall. Regular buggy service was always available, transporting guests to Siam Paragon. I found the staff helpful. They responded quickly to requests.

The air conditioning blew directly on the bed. It made sleeping uncomfortable, even at the lowest setting. I found the bathroom faucets too short for the sink design. This caused water to flow down the rear of the sink.
