Feedback about Chatrium Grand Bangkok from previous guests about their experience.

Review summary

Based on recent reviews

Guests consistently praise the Chatrium Grand Bangkok's modern and luxurious design, with some noting it's a relatively new hotel. The spacious and spotless rooms, coupled with excellent bathrooms, contribute to a comfortable stay. The hotel's proximity to Siam Paragon, accessible via a convenient shuttle, is a major plus, though a few guests mentioned limited breakfast options on the top floor. Handcrafted chocolates and a complimentary mini-bar add a sweet touch to the experience.

clean room buggy service polite staff skimmed milk poor wi-fi low level

The family room was clean. It was well kept. There is buggy service to Siam Paragon. Staff were very polite. They were friendly. This.

The breakfast lacked skimmed milk availability. I picked low fat, but it arrived full fat twice. The Wi-Fi network wasn't good in the room. This hotel calls itself 5-star, but it doesn't reach this level.

the staff were cute. the hotel was very clean. i had access to the club room. it gave access to the 32nd floor where breakfast and afternoon tea are available (the tea was amazing!). the pool is open late.

the wash basin had a gradient issue. water drained onto the floor after each use. this was a little inconvenient.

convenient access buggy service quick response uncomfortable sleeping short faucets sink design

The location provides convenient access to Siam Paragon shopping mall. Regular buggy service was always available, transporting guests to Siam Paragon. I found the staff helpful. They responded quickly to requests.

The air conditioning blew directly on the bed. It made sleeping uncomfortable, even at the lowest setting. I found the bathroom faucets too short for the sink design. This caused water to flow down the rear of the sink.
