convenient location great value building works delayed refund

The drinks stations available daily were wonderful. THE staff helped receive our laundry delivery, and that was helpful. The location had great value for money and was interesting. It was near the train, just a 5-minute walk away.

I was not made aware of building works going on next door. It was noisy during the day, and I could not draw the curtains. The hotel wanted a security deposit with refund coming 2 weeks later.

the location allows convenient access to nearby attractions. it is a short walk to mbk center, which features varied shopping and dining options. the reception, room attendants, and security staff displayed genuine kindness and were helpful. the hotel provided complimentary flavored water and bottled water, amenities were regularly replenished, along with fresh towels and slippers.

the overhead shower had issues with water pressure that was unstable.

the hotel location was convenient for exploring. i walked to the national stadium bts station easily. the staff helped me store my luggage after checkout since my flight was late. the room had a fridge, kettle, and iron, so it was really useful.

the walk from the station was a little dark at night i thought.
