the hotel is close to the skytrain and metro, that was acceptable.

the room felt a little dated, and i was somewhat disappointed compared to other five-star hotels i have stayed at (i really expected more). the interiors could use some refreshing. the utilities also showed their age.

unfriendly attitudeno dryer

The front desk wasn't winning any awards for friendliness. I suspect smiling is optional there. and while the in-room washing machine is a nice touch, it turns your bathroom into a humid clothes-drying operation because there's no dryer or balcony. finally the bedside lamps are playing hide-and-seek, located far from the bed. customer service could use a little boost, just saying
