adequate stay
excellent location huge room unfriendly staff long walk
i stayed in a beautiful studio, and it was huge. the breakfast was good. there was a wide selection. the location is excellent, it's just next to shops.
the front desk staff wasn't very friendly. the room itself was very nice, but required a long walk through the hotel, including through the pool area and elevators. i found this inconvenient.

convenient location great service soundproof rooms early check-in
I found the hotel to be conveniently located near the BTS skytrain and metro stations. I also noticed many shops and restaurants are nearby. The Terminal 21 mall is a short walk. The hotel provided early check-in, a great service. I enjoyed soundproof rooms as they guaranteed a good night's sleep.
The bedside reading lamps and light switches were oddly placed. They were not close to the bed.

The room included a small kitchen, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and a microwave, very helpful. The room was also very clean and well maintained. Good toiletries were provided in the bathroom.

fantastic stay near asoke bts
room upgrade wide selection exquisite cappuccino
My room was upgraded immediately upon arrival. the room was fantastic. breakfast had a wide selection including local and western options. i particularly loved the cappuccino. It was exquisite.
i had issues with the tv. the lounge tv only had one english movie channel. that channel did not work . the in-house it staff could not fix the issue.

the staff assisted immediately with our luggage both on arrival and departure. they were very friendly and efficient during the check-in process. the staff also provided recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions .

the hotel's proximity to bars, restaurants, and mrt stations was very convenient. i found the staff to be polite and efficient. our beautiful studio was large and cleaned daily. the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choice.

dated interior old utilities
the hotel is close to the skytrain and metro, that was acceptable.
the room felt a little dated, and i was somewhat disappointed compared to other five-star hotels i have stayed at (i really expected more). the interiors could use some refreshing. the utilities also showed their age.

unfriendly attitude no dryer
The front desk wasn't winning any awards for friendliness. I suspect smiling is optional there. and while the in-room washing machine is a nice touch, it turns your bathroom into a humid clothes-drying operation because there's no dryer or balcony. finally the bedside lamps are playing hide-and-seek, located far from the bed. customer service could use a little boost, just saying
