I adored the pool space. It was wonderfully refreshing. i found the door staff greeted with smiles and opened the doors. the rooms provide a calming and nice place to rest. the location allowed easy travel to interesting places.

The air conditioning in the room was not as cold as i wished. I believe it was set to a default temperature.

the hotel is near the bts and mrt stations restaurants are also nearby i used the gym and the pool the breakfast offered sufficient choices i found the staff to be polite and helpful .

i noticed slight wear in some areas of the hotel but it didn't detract significantly from my stay

the hotel has a gym with several cardio machines and free weights the pool area includes lounge chairs and shaded areas the hotel also offers a shuttle service to nearby attractions it is a useful service.

my executive room included a separate seating area and a work desk it was convenient the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and ample counter space the room had good natural light during the day it was good.

breakfast included both western and asian options the restaurant had a clean and organized layout i saw fresh fruit and pastries available each morning it was nice i had dinner once at the hotel restaurant.

the front desk staff provided quick check-in and check-out the concierge assisted with directions and transportation i found the housekeeping to be thorough i appreciate their work it was efficient and useful.
